  • Do you provide samples?
    Fully customizable sample displays available, please contact your local sales rep to discuss your individual needs. You can also order from our entire collection, as we offer cut swatch samples free of charge and dispatched in a 10x10 format. Order before 12 noon for delivery next working day.
  • Do you hold stock?
    We stock an extensive range of products in excess of 1500 products are available from indoor and outdoor tiles to rigid SPC luxury vinyl flooring and accessories such as adhesives, grouts and levellers. In a full breadth of shapes, sizes, colours & finishes so we’ve got you covered especially as we have a 97% stock availability as a minimum
  • Can I collect my order?
    As part of our service, we offer you the option to collect your order from our 106,000ft² DC in Thorne, Doncaster. You will be able to specify if you want to collect from us when you place your order. Please place your order via email (sales@veronagroup.co.uk) and include your name and contact number. Specify that you wish to use our next-day collections service and your desired collection time. (Failure to mention this may delay the processing of the collection) Collection slots will be between 07:00 and 17:00 hours. We appreciate that sometimes you may have an urgent request for various reasons, and we will do our best to support you. We prefer 4 hours advance notice for all on-the-day collections.
  • Are deliveries Free of charge?
    Free Standard Carriage on all orders over £125. A one off carriage charge of £10 applies to all orders under £125. Our standard delivery service is a dedicated delivery day of choice, that can be delivered within 3 working days. For urgent orders we offer a Next Working Day Delivery for just £10 on orders placed before 12 midday.
  • Can I return my order?
    In the event that you require to send stock back to us please contact our Sales Support team prior to returning any goods to obtain a returns/collections note by emailing sales@veronagroup.co.uk All goods to be returned need to be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and fit for immediate re-sale. Goods returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days of the date we delivered the goods. Returns Outside of 14 days you are unable to return the goods due to batch control requirements. The cost of returning the goods shall be at your expense. All carriage costs will be advised of at the point you contact the Sales Support to advise of the return. We will examine the goods on return and once deemed to be in a re-saleable condition a credit will be processed. Unless otherwise notified by us the price of the goods will be refunded less any re-stocking and collection charges. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of the goods being returned.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    When your order is delivered, we recommend checking all items and reporting any damaged goods to our Sales Support team within 48hrs. You can contact Sales Support via email to sales@veronagroup.co.uk or alternatively phone 0113 519 8888.
